Club Giraud
Club Giraud is a private dining club in downtown San Antonio that supports the Southwest School of Arts. The buildings that currently house Club Giraud were built in 1851 as auxiliary buildings for the Ursuline Academy. Francois Giraud, the club’s namesake, founded San Antonio’s first public park, San Pedro Springs, in 1852, making it the second public park in the United States (the first being in Boston).
